Why We Use ADRs

- Avoiding Revisits: Prevent re-discussing settled decisions
ADR Format
Section titled “ADR Format”Each ADR includes:
- Status: Proposed, Accepted, Deprecated, or Superseded
- Context: The problem or situation requiring a decision
- Decision: What we decided to do
- Consequences: The resulting context after applying the decision
